When people are being measured, the company needs to decide who will be evaluated, recognizing the importance of raters who know the people to be evaluated and achieving objectivity by having at least three raters.
Your consultant will assist with other important decisions that can customize your survey to reliably meet your specific needs. Once those decisions have been made, the process and ground rules are communicated to all participants. In addition, it is helpful to plan the feedback and coaching process for participants in advance.
